Discovered a new monster species? Submit it here.

In order to properly identify a monster, we need as much information as possible. Your input and research is crucial to MRG. Without it, we can do nothing. Please take the time and fill out the certified MRG Monster ID form; and be as thorough as possible. The more descriptive and detailed you are, the better. Get started! Download the official MRG lab work-form, track and study your monster, and take copious amounts (a whole bunch) of notes. After you’ve filled everything to your liking, draw a picture and email your findings to MRG. Remember to get your parents permission first. Happy hunting!

Monster Identification Form

Get creative! Download and complete the form now! Run around your house and and discover a new species! Try not to break anything though. Because you don't want to discover the angry mom monster. She's not that fun.

Submit Your Monster Here

Completed your form? Have your parent email us what you got and MRG will study your submission and get back to you. Or, you can put it in an envelope and send it directly to the Head Hunter at MRG. Simply address it to MRG 4462 E. Airport Drive Ontario, CA 91761 and a licensed MRG operative will pick it up. He may be disguised as the Mailman, but he or she is really a double-operative, under-cover agent working for MRG.
